Ready for another BABY? but make it little easier this time.

What i wish i would know before my first baby was born, here are some tips and things that i learned during my postpartum recovery. It helped me a great amount of time to make it little easier. This time i recovered quickly and i did enjoy my baby. Lets get to the point! after watching moms preparing for their Postpartum recovery kit urged me to make my own kit. but not all products everyone used necessarily help you the same way it did to them. That's why i am only going to talk about the products that i bought  and the products that really helped me through this stage. I can say that i can swear by  these things that i used for my PP recovery and they really helped my tear and hemorrhoid recover faster than my last time.

this one really worked wonders for me. I loved this balm! I had a second degree tear and bout of hemorrhoid after giving birth to my baby and this balm helped relieve the discomfort. It has peppermint in it so it's a slightly numbing/cooling sensation, which is a welcome relief when you're swollen and uncomfortable after pushing a baby out! I bought this and the mama bottom spray, and would say the balm is where it's at - if you had to choose one, get the balm. Its all herbs and you don't have to worry if your using anything strong which makes the area dry and makes it more painful.

Peri Bottle: I bought these to bring to the hospital with me when I gave birth to my baby. Usually a hospital will give you a bottle to use, but it is always useful to keep a couple on hand. Personally, I would use 2-3 bottles at a time in the beginning and did not want to have to keep refilling the same bottle with warm water when the tap was outside the actual room with the toilet at the hospital. It just adds more difficulty to an already difficult situation right after giving birth. So I would fill up two bottles at a time and use them one right after the other. Good idea to pack peri bottle for your hospital bag.

I purchased these for postpartum care because I had found them very helpful with my last child. They are very soothing for hemorrhoids. Tucks help with both pain as well as itching. I also had stitches, and they helped with the soreness and itching involved in the healing process. I would definitely recommend them for postpartum care as well as regular hemorrhoids

Dermoplast :I was given this product at the hospital after each of my baby was born and it was essential to my postpartum recovery. Post birth, things are very, very sore in a very sensitive area, especially if you have any degree of tearing.I got this for after childbirth and wasn't a fan. It burned and only numbed me for a few minutes. But i would say Get Earth Mama balm instead it comes with a stretch mark oil and it works much better.
Maternity Pads heavy: I used them for postpartum. I received the super large diaper pads from the hospital in combo with mesh undies, and used that for the first 5 days. On day 6, I switched to these pads and they are super comfortable, stays in place and protects for a moderate menstrual like flow. Highly recommend!

I bought these on accident but was glad I did. I recommend every expecting mother has at least one package of these for when they leave the hospital.
Always discreet boutique Pads: I bought these for the heavy bleeding after birth. but they were not my most favorite ones because they can be little bit rough on bottom.
Postpartum Maternity Underwear: The only thing I didn’t like is that they’re disposable. I reused then when I could but they really aren’t durable enough to hold up in the wash.

Mesh pantiesI would most definitely recommend these to any lady in postpartum recovery!  I was given these in the hospital. Always ask them for extra for home. you can also buy them from online. These saved me. I would have been happy with them either way. They are just like the ones the hospital gives you to hold all the padding in place after birth. Easy on the bottom.
Organic Herbal Supplements for After Birth Pains:My midwife warned me that the afterpains get worse with each birth.well since I am only on baby 3 And still remembered the pains after baby 2 I decided to get serious about some assistance. Since I am not organized or patient enough to make my own tincture I decided to try this one. So glad I did! Unfortunately, it doesn't rid of the pains completely but they are much milder and less toe curling than if you didn't take it. For me the after pains with baby 3 were almost worse than labor so this tincture was literally a miracle for me. Something I will be gifting to my momma friends in the future!

Ibuprofen/Tylanol: Pain killer is your must after birth my doctor gave me plenty and i have used them up to  4 weeks.

Stool Softener: I bought Colace because when I was in the hospital the pain killer caused constipation, the Colace worked the next day and the same when I needed it at home. Its another must for postpartum recovery medication.
Witch hazel with No-Alcohol: ; i used these as a drops on my pads it gives relief to my tear and hemorrhoid  enormously. I also made  my own padsicles with( witch hazel, aloe vera and lavender oil) i made the  paste and spread a teaspoon full on pads and freeze them until i come home from hospital and used them the first week along with other stuff.
