This recipe is very healthy for improving your heart, brain and eyesight health. It can help you even more than that. It can lower the number of your eyesight glasses if not eliminate it once for all, based on my experience with daughter’s eyesight. I gave her this recipe for more than 3 months. It helped her improve her eyesight enormously. Its great for breakfast and a healthy choice for delicious healthy treat for any time and day. For this recipe i used; Funnel seeds, almonds, walnuts in same quantity 2TBSP Gluten free cake mix as a flour 1 cup 2 tbsp vegetables oil A half a cup or 2/3 of Milk 1 egg I grated all dry fruits in a coffee grinder, and mix it all together. I backed them for 20-25 minutes until they are tender and cooked finally Try it out for yourself & i hope it works as great for you as for me.Thank you
