HOW TO LIVE A DISORGANIZED LIFE- It's okay! - Angry Mom Rant

Do what you think is right. Don't organize your days, just go with a flow like a dead fish.

Yes and that's okay!!!

Seriously, My life is disorganized at the moment and I don't want it to become a daily stress over a habit. It's really good to clean up your house because i clean my house all the time but when it's cleaning its too much of cleaning. May be too much of cleaning must be cleaning every three hours and stressing upon every little bit of mess you see in your house. It's better to have a designated day to clean up your house instead of doing it twenty four seven. Also if your health gets in a way take a break don't stress it. I have a very bad sleep cycle. I always wake up tired if not then sleepy. By the end of the day I am tired again and my head starts hurting. I want to write what actually happening right now. Because I don't want to look perfect as everything is put together when its not. Yes it could be a depression or hormonal imbalance or some legit stress. 

Don't do dirty jobs. Yes, you can judge as much as you can but I don't want to do dishes and clean the bathroom every second of my life. I have a reasons like my baby that comes in the way when I am cleaning. It distracts me from doing what I am doing. I am writing this to say what I like to say. I am ranting but i am not complaining. 

There are days when I feel more productive and days when my energy hits rock bottom. Not all of us are resilient but we can practice to be resilient. when one thing go wrong we ruin the rest of the day due to this one messed up moment. Yes I do fall victim of that. 

Quick tips to how to be disorganized

1) Do not pick up stuff from the floor
2) Do not wipe counters every day
3) Do not clean table after you have meal
4) Do not put away laundry let it be on the place

I  am writing this because I want to improve and change to be more in the moment by feeling ok for not doing all but in a  positive way. We should all learn to live in the moment. Just be easy on yourself and when days like these hit it's just one day not your whole life getting struck by it.  Maybe this post will help me and others.
