How To Make a Creamy Mushroom Soup



Creamy Mushroom Soup

Ingredients that i used are:

2 slices of celery

half red onion/ you can also use white onion

a whole pack of white mushrooms, you can use any kind of mushrooms.

1 tbsp of butter

Chicken broth/ i make my own chicken broth by just simply boiling chicken with little bit of salt

2 tbsp of vegetable oil

2 tbsp of all purpose flour

2 tsp of salt / to taste

1 tsp of minced garlic

1 tsp of black pepper

a pinch of rosemary

1 glass of whole milk

first add butter and oil together, when you add oil on butter it keeps it from burning, then add diced onion in to it and fry close to brown, also add garlic then add diced celery and mix them, cover the lid for 5 mins on medium heat till they get tender. Then add mushrooms and while mixing everything add salt and pepper. Let them shrink for a few minutes. then add chicken broth, once it is boiled, add all purpose flour and whisk it till you don't see any lump.After that you will add whole milk and mix it all well.  In the end we will blend the soup in a blender but make sure it is cool enough so you do not get burned. I would suggest first transfer it into a cup then add into the blender, this way it is safe. A delicious creamy mushroom soup is ready.
